Refund policy
Attention: Please be aware that Longrider LongSurfSkates are exclusively produced in Portugal and we can only provide a guarantee for products sold through the official webstore or sales email address sales@longriderskateboards.com.
We cannot guarantee the authenticity or quality of LongSurfSkates purchased from any other source.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following prerequisites:
- Please contact us at sales@longriderskateboards.com before sending us an item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
- Enclose a copy of the invoice to your return
- Send us the shipment back within four weeks
- Returns will need to be sent to the following address: Rua de S. Marta, N.º 118, Pavilhão 1, 4750-189 Arcozelo – Barcelos – Portugal
Any shipping costs for returning your item, are your responsibility.
Please make sure you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we received and inspected your item, we will send you an email to inform you that we have done such.
Please be informed that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping
You should know that if you buy a stock board it will take 2 business days to be shipped. If you want customization, your baby it’s going to be shaped, painted and trucked with a lot of love, taking up to 30 days until it is ready to be shipped.
The shipping costs shown in the Site are an average of the diverse markets on your geographic area, if you believe it should be lower please leave the items in your cart, don´t complete the purchase and contact hello@longriderskateboards.com for your personalized quote.
 All prices include the statutory value added tax (VAT) applicable at the time. Customs duties, shipping costs and similar charges (when applicable) are payable by you.
Delivery time will vary depending on your location and the regional carrier services.
A collection of the goods is possible in our headquarters only under previous appointment.

Damages and issues
Please check the delivery immediately after receipt on completeness and damage.
The packages leave our house in a proper condition. Regardless, despite of careful packing, transport damage may occur. In that case, please take note of the following instructions:
- The packaging has visible flaws:
- Do not, under any circumstance, accept a damaged delivery (e.g. an opened or damaged box), since by doing this you implicitly confirm the receipt of undamaged items.
- Open the package and make sure the contents are unspoiled. If any of the items is damaged, please inform the delivery person and immediately return the package to us.
- The packaging is flawless but the contents are damaged:
- Please inform us immediately and the parcel service within 24 hours. After this period has passed, any complaints about transport damage can not be processed. As soon as we get a notification of claim or a copy, we will arrange a replacement delivery and if seen fit for the damaged items to be returned. Please keep the original packaging including the packing materials.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the copy of the invoice.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
