Shipping policy

You should know that if you buy a stock board it will take 2 business days to be shipped. If you want customization, your baby it’s going to be shaped, painted and trucked with a lot of love, taking up to 30 days until it is ready to be shipped.

The shipping costs shown in the Site are an average of the diverse markets on your geographic area, if you believe it should be lower please leave the items in your cart, don´t complete the purchase and contact hello@longriderskateboards.com for your personalized quote.

For buyers in eligible markets the “Business Address” delivery rate is only available to deliveries in shops or other open door establishments. If you can´t provide the address for such a location or absolutely need the delivery to be made to a private house, please choose the “Home Delivery” delivery rate.

If you complete the buying process you there by agree to be charged whatever is indicated at checkout.

All prices include the statutory value added tax (VAT) applicable at the time. Customs duties, shipping costs and similar charges (when applicable) are payable by you.

Delivery time will vary depending on your location and the regional carrier services.

A collection of the goods is possible in our headquarters only under previous appointment

Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you specified at checkout. Be sure to choose a secure location for delivery. The packages leave our installations in a proper condition. Regardless, despite of carefull packing, transport damage may occur. Once the package leaves our installations with our shipping carrier, you accept the responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delivered, and you determine it has been damaged, lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the applicable carrier for any damaged and/or lost shipments.
Please check the delivery immediately after receipt on completeness and damage.
